Children grow in the fullness of joy when they come to know of God's infinite love for them.  Care for the soul is as important as care for the body – and that's why faith formation and religious education are so important.

We, St. John the Baptist Parish in combination with Holy Rosary Parish, have been pleased to welcome our new Religious Education Coordinator, Cathy Mazzaglia, this past school year.  (Her last name rhymes with the flower, azalea.)  She can be contacted at 485-2115 or by email at

Sunday morning classes are held between 8:30 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. at the St. John the Baptist Parish Center, Lower Hall (this is our Religious Education Center.)

Registration for grades 1-8 and Confirmation candidates is open at the beginning of September each year.  Click on this link for a form that you can print out and fill in: registration form

Why did God make you?

Answer: God made me to know Him, to love Him, and to serve Him in this world, and to be happy with Him forever in the next.
